Ixtapaluca Housing Complex in Mexico City

Here’s a striking view (top) of the surreal Ixtapaluca housing complex in Mexico City taken by helicopter pilot Oscar Ruiz.
Also, an overhead view (bottom) of just part of one of the many neighborhoods in the world’s second largest city.

am very impressed with housing complex, it nearly looks like something out of a disney cartoon, but beautiful.
I live in in England and we are supposed to have a housing shortage problem, I live in kingston upon hull and we have one of the largest council estates( low rental cost)( goverment owned) I liked the idea of the low cost buildings that can be purchased for the majority of the people. If you have any photos or further imformation I can be sent or look at on the net to do with better views or detail of the construction and insides layouts, I would be gratefull. I found this site after looking for aerial photos of traffic gridlock (not having much luck there) and I was amazed at the aerial view of the houses.
Hope you can be of help.
