Jensen applies methods from physics and network analysis to assign a quality index to a particular site based on the proposed business’s apparent affinity to, or repulsion from all of the other businesses within a radius of 100m.

Hint: stay away from other bakeries…he indicates that bakeries seem to repel each other, whereas clothing and gadget stores tend to cluster together.
