Lenovo seems to have a new GPS phone on offer, model ET860.

Supports Sirf Star III GPS function, 110×58×13.5mm, 2.8-inch 240×320 touch screen, GSM900/1800/1900, Windows Mobile 6 and has a 2 megapixel camera.
